Entangled by J.S.Scott

There’s nothing richer than a second chance in the steamy second book of New York Times bestselling author J.S. Scott’s Accidental Billionaires series.

Aiden Sinclair was a commercial fisherman before he suddenly came into his billionaire inheritance—not that he’s complaining. Being a Sinclair does have its perks. But things were simpler before the money. He may have been dirt poor, but he loved his job and fully intended to always come back from the sea to his girlfriend, Skye Weston, so they could move toward something more permanent. Or at least that had been the plan…until he returned from a two-month fishing trip to discover she had moved away and was marrying somebody else. It tore his world apart.

Now Skye’s back in town after nearly a decade. She’s a single mother and just as beautiful as ever. However, for some odd reason, she appears to hate him, when it should be Aiden who wants nothing to do with the woman who dumped him. Unfortunately, more than nine years of separation have done nothing to put a damper on their white-hot chemistry. But even if those feelings are real, Skye has been keeping secrets. The truth of the past is about to come to light, and there is so much more at stake than just Aiden’s heart

I received this ARC from Net Galley and publisher in exchange to my honest review .

This is the second book in The Accidental Billionaires series and this is a story about second chance love.

It all start when they were young lovers. Aiden Sinclare was a fisherman and Skye was a poor girl who was in love. They planned to make a family together but its all change when Aiden went for two months on a job. Skye has to leave a town with her forced mob husband. They met again after a decade and they still have the same chemistry. But a secret, too.

This was a relaxing and speed reading book. I love Aiden but Skye was a pain in the … sometimes. They still loved each other but her secret and past prevent them to enjoy together with their beautiful girl Maya.

It was ok to read , I enjoyed and this book deserves 3,5 stars. Thank you for this opportunity, I know I do not write long reviews but I want to make others to read each book I recommend on my blog.

Thank you Net Galley and Montlake Romance !

Under the Northern Lights -S. C. Stephens

From the number one New York Times bestselling author of the Thoughtless series comes a sweet, thoughtful romance set high in the Alaskan wilderness.

Mallory Reynolds is a driven woman fueled by her passion for photographing wild animals in remote locations. Every year she makes a trek deep into Alaska, but this time the unthinkable happens: she crash-lands after her plane stalls out in a storm. Injured, vulnerable, and threatened by the very creatures she loves, Mallory fears the worst—until she’s rescued by Michael Bradley, a mysterious mountain man living in self-imposed exile.

Mallory is grateful for Michael’s help but desperate to return home to let her family know she’s alive. Unfortunately, neither of them can leave Michael’s secluded cabin until spring. Mallory’s stuck with a stranger for months.

As Mallory recovers, a deep bond begins to form between the pair. Mallory is convinced that fate brought them together, but Michael is buried in his past, unable to move forward. Undaunted, Mallory tends to Michael’s heart as tenderly as he cared for her wounds—but will her love be enough to heal him?

I received this book from Net Galley and Montlake Romance in exchange for my honest reviev.

Honestly, I was so scared about this book and not so good reviews on GR. Most of them were about religion but I don’t think like that. This book was about love, suffer, surviving. Mallory is a photographer who spends a couple of weeks on Alaska and made incredible wildlife photographs. Her airplane crashed miles away from civilization and Michael was the one who saved her at the last minute. He is a broken man who isolated himself from all comfort from his previous life. They have to spend several months together and survive the harsh winter storm in Alaska. Chemistry, friendship and trusting are the keywords in their situations. Mallory heals his wounds and Michel heals Mallory.

I felt every emotion—the frustration, the anger… the helplessness… and I also felt the grief… the wariness and the love…
I love how protective they were of each other, though I guess you don’t have much of choice when you’re stuck together in a remote cabin in the wild of Alaska. Mallory was just what Michael needed and they are perfectly together. .This was a slow burn romance, I really enjoyed and I recommended this book from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you, Net Galley and Montlake Romance for this opportunity.
